Provides that the court may, upon the motion of any interested party for good cause shown, temporarily appoint a coroner who has a mutual aid agreement with the coroner having jurisdiction to perform the duties of the coroner having jurisdiction. Requires the court to appoint such a coroner within 24 hours of the filing of the motion to appoint. Sets forth the appointed coroner's authorized duties and scope of jurisdiction.
