Provides that on or before June 1, 2015, the county code and all ordinances and regulations adopted by the county board shall be provided by the county clerk to the Office of the State Comptroller in an electronic format designated by the Comptroller. Provides that beginning October 15, 2015, updated information shall be provided on a quarterly basis. Sets forth posting requirements and penalties for delinquent reporting. Makes similar changes in the Township Code and the Illinois Municipal Code.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
