<reference>105 ILCS 5/10-22.31</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 122, par. 10-22.31</aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Children with Disabilities Article of the School Code. Allows an elementary school district with a student population of no more than 200 to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with an elementary school district with a student population of at least 5,200 for the delivery of any or all special education services if the 2 elementary districts have an adjacent boundary. Sets forth employment and reimbursement provisions and what the agreement must include. Provides that no more than 2 school districts may be a party to such an agreement at any one time, and no school district may have in effect at any one time more than one such agreement. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
