Provides that each public high school shall be designated by the school board as a place of registry where registration officers and deputy registration officers may accept the registrations of electors who are students of the high school. Allows the school board to adopt a resolution governing the location of the place of registry on high school property and when the registration officers and deputy registration officers are allowed on high school property to accept registrations.
