Requires certain communication between the Board and the State Board of Pharmacy. Provides requirements for licensure by endorsement. Defines related terms. Includes prescribing psychologist in the definition of "prescriber". Adds prescribing psychologists to provisions concerning mid-level practitioners. Makes other changes.
