Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Illinois Commerce Commission's Office of Retail Market Development's annual report regarding the development of competitive retail natural gas markets in Illinois.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Senate Committee Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>

Amends the Medical Practice Act of 1987.
