<SynopsisText>     Proposes to amend a portion of the Legislature Article of the Illinois Constitution that concerns the organization of the General Assembly. Deletes a provision which provides that a member of the General Assembly may be expelled from office only once for the same offense. Effective upon being declared adopted in accordance with Section 7 of the Illinois Constitutional Amendment Act.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
