<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Creates the Income Tax Referendum Act. Requires the State Board of Elections to cause a statewide advisory public question to be submitted to the voters at the November 4, 2014 general election asking whether the individual income tax rate should be permanently increased to 5%. Provides that if the provision of the Act conflicts with any other law, the Act controls. Repeals the Act on January 1, 2015. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
