<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>20 ILCS 2630/5.2</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Criminal Identification Act. Provides that the court may order the sealing of the records of arrests or charges not initiated by arrest which result in an order of supervision, an order of qualified probation, or a conviction for violation of an order of protection committed from July 1, 2011 through December 31, 2012 (rather than shall not be eligible for sealing) or a crime of violence as defined in the Crime Victims Compensation Act, except for domestic battery.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
