<reference>35 ILCS 16/10</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Film Production Services Tax Credit Act of 2008. Provides that, for accredited productions approved by the Department on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act, a "geographic area of high poverty or high unemployment" means a geographic area located within a county that has an unemployment rate of more than 10.4% or a poverty rate that exceeds the statewide average.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
