<reference>70 ILCS 1707/52 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>70 ILCS 3615/5.06 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Regional Planning Act. Provides that the Board may by majority vote pass a resolution to consolidate its mass-transit planning activities with the Regional Transportation Authority and any of its Service Boards into a single department within the Regional Transportation Authority. Prohibits the resolution from taking effect until 90 days after the Regional Transportation Authority Board has adopted a similar resolution or ordinance. Makes similar changes in the Regional Transportation Authority Act.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
