<reference>70 ILCS 3615/4.15 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Regional Transportation Authority Act. Prohibits a Director, Service Board director or member, former Director, or former Service Board director or member from, during his or her term and for a period of 2 years immediately after the end of his or her term, engaging in business dealings with, knowingly accepting employment from, or receiving compensation or fees for services from the Regional Transportation Authority. Provides that this prohibition shall not apply to any business dealings engaged in by the Director or Service Board director or member in the course of his or her official duties or responsibilities as a Director or Service Board director or member.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
