<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>30 ILCS 105/5.855 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>625 ILCS 5/3-699.14 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the State Finance Act. Creates the Little League Fund. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the Secretary of State may issue Little League Plates. Provides that the cost of initial issuance of these plates shall cost $25 in addition to any other fees, $10 of which will go to the Little League Fund and $15 of which will go to the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund. Provides that renewal of these plates will cost $25, $23 of which will go to the Little League Fund and $2 of which will go to the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund. Allows for distribution, subject to appropriation, of money from the Little League Fund as grants to local little league organizations in proportion to their membership size.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
