<reference>725 ILCS 5/115-7.3</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Adds kidnapping and aggravated kidnaping to the list of offenses in which evidence of commission of a prior offense from the list may be admitted by the court at trial, and adds an attempt to commit any of the listed offenses to the list. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
