<reference>50 ILCS 705/10.16 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>50 ILCS 740/12.5 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>210 ILCS 50/3.52 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Police Training Act, the Illinois Fire Protection Training Act, and the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Systems Act. Provides that the Illinois Law Enforcement Training Standards Board, the Office of the State Fire Marshal, and the Department of Public Health shall work with a statewide organization dealing with Alzheimer's disease to develop, adopt, or otherwise approve training courses regarding the risks associated with Alzheimer's disease and appropriate Alzheimer's disease recognition and response techniques. Requires police officers, persons seeking certification in a position of firefighter 1 or 2, and emergency medical technicians to satisfactorily complete an education course in Alzheimer's disease recognition and response techniques.
