<reference>720 ILCS 5/24-1</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 38, par. 24-1</aliasreference><reference>720 ILCS 5/24-1.6</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Provides that a person who has been issued a currently valid Firearm Owner's Identification Card may transport in a vehicle an accessible rifle, shotgun, or other long gun without the weapon being broken down in a non-functioning state or without the weapon being enclosed in a case, firearm carrying box, shipping box, or other container if the firearm is unloaded.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
