Provides that, before a seller and purchaser enter into a pre-need contract or pre-need sales contract, the seller must disclose and fully explain that the purchaser may fund the contract by choosing one of the following options: depositing the funds into a local banking institution; depositing the funds into a trust program; or other means offered by the seller. Provides that the purchaser shall then choose one of those options. Provides that sellers of pre-need sales contracts must be licensed by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Makes other changes. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
