Provides that as a condition of bail, the court may require the defendant to remain or be placed in the custody of such designated person or organization agreeing to supervise his or her release, with or without the use of an approved electronic monitoring device administered by a Pretrial Services Agency, Probation Department, County Department of Corrections, or Court Services Department. Amends the Unified Code of Corrections.
