Requires the Department of Revenue to deposit 100% of the net revenue realized from the 6.25% general rate on the selling price of motor fuel and gasohol into the General Obligation Bond Retirement and Interest Fund until a sufficient amount has been deposited to pay the costs to retire the bonds.
