Provides that the arrest records of a gang member who is under 21 years of age and who has been found guilty of or continued under supervision for a gang-related offense and who has not previously been found guilty of or continued under supervision for a gang-related offense are eligible for sealing upon compliance with certain stated conditions. Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 and the Unified Code of Corrections.
