<reference>20 ILCS 605/605-1020 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>765 ILCS 1025/18</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 141, par. 118</aliasreference><reference>30 ILCS 105/5.826 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Creates the Jobs Incentive Fund as a special fund in the State Treasury. Provides that moneys in the Fund shall be used by the Department to make grants to qualified applicants. Amends the Uniform Disposition of Unclaimed Property Act. Provides that the first $2,500,000 over and above the $2,500,000 remaining in the trust fund shall be deposited into the Jobs Incentive Fund, and the remainder shall be deposited into the State Pensions Fund (now, everything over the first $2,500,000 is deposited into the State Pensions Fund). Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
