<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>35 ILCS 200/15-60</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>35 ILCS 200/21-95</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Property Tax Code. Exempts from the Code all property owned by an entity created by a county or by one or more municipalities by ordinance or intergovernmental agreement for the purpose of acquiring tax-delinquent, low-value, or other troubled property and returning it to productive use. Provides that when a government unit acquires property by acceptance of a donation, all due or unpaid property taxes and existing liens for unpaid property taxes imposed or pending under any law or ordinance of this State or any of its political subdivisions shall become null and void. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
