<reference>225 ILCS 440/8</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 121, par. 508</aliasreference><reference>225 ILCS 440/8.5 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Highway Advertising Control Act of 1971. Provides that realtors shall not be required to pay any fee in connection with registering signs that advertise a specific property or properties to be sold. Provides that the Department of Transportation of the State of Illinois shall notify the owners of all unregistered signs and demand payment of fees only after the Department has assessed all interstate highways within the State.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
