<reference>30 ILCS 105/5.826 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>30 ILCS 105/6z-98 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>35 ILCS 5/507DDD new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the State Finance Act. Creates the Childhood Cancer Research Fund as a special fund in the State treasury. Provides that moneys in the Fund shall be used by the Department of Public Health to make grants to public or private not-for-profit entities for the purpose of conducting childhood cancer research. Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Provides that the Department of Revenue shall print, on its standard individual income tax form, a provision indicating that, if the taxpayer wishes to contribute to the Childhood Cancer Research Fund, then he or she may do so by stating the amount of the contribution on the return and indicating that the contribution will reduce the taxpayer's refund or increase the amount of payment.
