Provides that the cost of issuance shall be $25, of which $10 shall be deposited in the Illinois Police Benevolent and Protective Association Fund and $15 shall be deposited in the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund. Provides that the cost of renewal shall be $25, of which $23 shall be deposited in the Illinois Police Benevolent and Protective Association Fund and $2 shall be deposited in the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund.
