<reference>730 ILCS 5/3-2-2</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 38, par. 1003-2-2</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that the Department of Corrections, by December 31 of each year, shall issue an annual report on persons committed to Department facilities for drug-related offenses. Provides that the report shall include the class of offense, age, race, ethnicity, and last known zip code of each person committed to a Department facility for a drug-related offense. Provides that the report shall be provided to each member of the General Assembly and shall be made available on the Department's website.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Floor Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
