Authorizes the Office of the State Fire Marshal to petition for injunctive relief to enjoin any person, firm, association, corporation, or other entity in violation of the Act to cease the prohibited activity. Authorizes a court to issue a temporary restraining order against the person or entity in violation of the Act.
