SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn the death of Mary E. Finnegan (nee Nolan) of Chicago, who 
4passed away on July 3, 2012; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Mary Finnegan laughed often and loved all, while 
6always finding the best in everyone she met; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Mary Finnegan lived each day to its fullest, with 
8enthusiasm and happiness; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Mary Finnegan was preceded in death by her 
10husband, James; her brother, Jack Nolan; and her son, Michael; 
11and

  
 
12    WHEREAS, Mary Finnegan is survived by her children, Jon 
13(Kim), Tim (Christine), Roseann (Terry) LeFevour, Robert 
14(Laura), and Tom (Dorie); and her 21 grandchildren; therefore, 
15be it
  
 
16    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL 
17ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
18her family and friends, the passing of Mary E. Finnegan; and be

1    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
2presented to the family of Mary Finnegan as an expression of 
3our sympathy.
