SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to  
3learn of the death of
Mary Elaine McMahon, who passed away on 
4August 6, 2012; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Mary McMahon was born on February 7, 1928; she was 
6a life-long resident of Waukegan; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Mary McMahon was a graduate of Lake Forest 
8College; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Mary McMahon was employed at Green Bay Elementary 
10School in North Chicago as a teacher for over 20 years; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Mary McMahon was preceded in death by her father, 
12Eugene Kreager; her mother, Bertha; and her beloved sister, 
13Norma; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Mary McMahon is survived by her loving husband of 
1542 years, Robert; her step-children, Robert Jr., Cindy, and 
16Barbara; her 6 grandchildren; and her great-granddaughter; 
17therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL 
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with

1her family and friends, the passing of Mary Elaine McMahon; and 
2be it further
  
 
3    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
