SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to  
3learn of the death of
Betty E. Shisler of Waukegan, who passed 
4away on May 8, 2012; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Betty Shisler was born on September 20, 1923, in 
6Pontiac, Michigan; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Betty Shisler lived on Clover Leaf Lakes in 
8Clintonville, Wisconsin; she enjoyed the serenity and 
9peacefulness of living on the lake and loved playing cards, 
10reading, dancing, and singing; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Betty Shisler was preceded in death by her 
12husband, Clarence Raymond Shisler; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Betty Shisler is survived by her loving children, 
14Raymond (Dee) Shisler, Marilyn (Cal) Hays, and Nancy (Joe) 
15Derby; her 6 grandchildren, her 12 great-grandchildren; and her 
16brother, Daniel Parr; therefore, be it
  
 
17    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL 
18ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
19her family and friends, the passing of Betty E. Shisler; and be 
20it further
