| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Robert "Bob" Greenwald, who passed away |
| 4 | | on March 31, 2012; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, He was born in Chicago and a resident of Homer |
| 6 | | Glen; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, He was the owner of R&B Liquors in Bridgeview; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, He was a founder and officer of the Bridgeview |
| 9 | | Chamber of Commerce; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Robert Greenwald was the beloved husband for |
| 11 | | nearly 50 years of Rose, nee Jeglinski; the loving father of |
| 12 | | Kathy (Shannon) McCarthy, Carol (Brian) Wood, and Bob (Tracey) |
| 13 | | Greenwald; the cherished grandfather of Jared and Dillon |
| 14 | | McCarthy, Luke and Emma Wood, and Ashley and Ally Greenwald; |
| 15 | | the devoted brother of Jim (Jean) and Bill (Rosa) Greenwald; he |
| 16 | | is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, |
| 17 | | nieces, nephews, and cousins; therefore, be it

| 18 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL |
