| 5 | | WHEREAS, She was born July 3,1930, in Minneapolis, |
| 6 | | Minnesota; and

| 7 | | WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 |
| 8 | | years, Henry; her parents, Nickolas and Anna; and her 7 |
| 9 | | siblings; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Donna Zwolski is survived by her children, Sue |
| 11 | | (Ron) Umbdenstock, Deacon Mark (Carol) Zwolski, Nancy (Randy) |
| 12 | | Umbdenstock, and Teresa (Daniel) Driggers-Halvey; her |
| 13 | | grandchildren, Molly (Jason) Kehrer, Nicholas (Katie) |
| 14 | | Umbdenstock, Matthew (fiancee, Jessica Hsia) Zwolski, Jeremy |
| 15 | | Umbdenstock, Christy Zwolski, Bridget (Teddy) Ariniello, Beth |
