SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to  
3learn of the death of
Theodore M. Sente of Vernon Hills, who 
4passed away on December 31, 2011; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Theodore Sente was born on February 24, 1925 in 
6Budapest, Hungary; his parents were Tibor and Angela Szente; 
7and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Theodore Sente was founder and president of Sente &
9 Rubel Architects for 25 years; he devoted much of his free 
10time to the church; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Theodore Sente loved traveling, skiing, opera, 
12and hunting; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Theodore Sente was preceded in death by his 
14parents; his sister, Klara; and his daughter, Christine Sente; 
15and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, Theodore Sente is survived by his wife of 54 
17years, Olga; his daughters, Carol Sente and Clare Sente; and 
18his grandchildren, Natalie and Jake Machtig; therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
2his family and friends, the passing of Theodore M. Sente; and 
3be it further
  
 
4    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
5presented to the family of Theodore Sente as an expression of 
6our sympathy.
