Charles Rayford Bright, who passed away |
| 4 | | on January 4, 2012; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Charles Bright was born on December
20, 1956, in |
| 6 | | Quincy; he was the son of Charles and Verna Bright; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Charles Bright was a graduate of Quincy High |
| 8 | | School; he was employed at Pepsi-Cola in Quincy before moving |
| 9 | | to
Springfield, where he worked for the Illinois Department of |
| 10 | | Human Services; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Charles Bright enjoyed hunting,
watching movies, |
| 12 | | and listening to jazz; and
|
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Charles Bright was preceded in death by his |
| 14 | | parents; and
|
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Charles Bright is survived by his sisters, Olivia |
| 16 | | Morgan
and Deanna Bright; his niece, Yolonda Orange; his best |
| 17 | | friend, Kevan "Andre" Bolden; and his many cousins; therefore, |
