| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Nicholas E. Cifonie of St. Charles, who |
| 4 | | passed away on October 3, 2011; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, He was the loving husband of Jean A. Cifonie; the |
| 6 | | beloved father of Nicholas J. (Judy) Capaccio, Fredrick M. |
| 7 | | Capaccio, Ronald P. (Margaret) Capaccio, and Gina M. (Michael) |
| 8 | | Pezza; the dear grandfather of Brandon (Amber), Courtney, Dana, |
| 9 | | Philip, Ryan, Justin, Brandy, Andrew, and Trent; and the fond |
| 10 | | great-grandfather of Madden Rose Capaccio; therefore, be it
|
| 11 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL |
| 12 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 13 | | his family and friends, the passing of Nicholas Cifonie; and be |
| 14 | | it further

| 15 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 16 | | presented to the family of Nicholas E. Cifonie as a symbol of |
| 17 | | our sincere sympathy.
