| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Lillian Smalls Whack of Mt. Pleasant, who |
| 4 | | passed away on August 21, 2011; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Lillian Whack is survived by her children, Joseph |
| 6 | | Perry, Harold (Rita), Phillip (Delores), Michael, and Donna |
| 7 | | Burch; her 6 grandchildren; her 3 great-grandchildren; her |
| 8 | | sister and brother, Betty Mickle and Arthur Montgomery; her |
| 9 | | nieces, nephews, and cousins; therefore, be it
|
| 10 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL |
| 11 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 12 | | her family and friends, the passing of Lillian Whack; and be it |
| 13 | | further

| 14 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
