| 1 | | SENATE RESOLUTION

| 2 | | BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL |
| 3 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that the Senate Committee on |
| 4 | | Procurement created by Senate Resolution 118 of the 97th |
| 5 | | General Assembly shall be made up of 10 members (rather than |
| 6 | | the 6 members stated in Senate Resolution 118), 5 (rather than |
| 7 | | 3) of whom shall be appointed by the President of the Senate |
| 8 | | and 5 (rather than 3) of whom shall be appointed by the |
| 9 | | Minority Leader of the Senate; and be it further

| 10 | | RESOLVED, That with this change in membership, the |
| 11 | | Committee shall continue to operate pursuant to Senate |
| 12 | | Resolution 118 of the 97th General Assembly.
