SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Nancy Ellison of Crystal Lake, who passed 
4away on April 18, 2011; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, She was born on July 25, 1961 in St. Louis, 
6Missouri, to Edward and Rita (nee, Cary) Page; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, For over 26 years, she taught school, most of 
8those years in the Palatine School District #15; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, She was a devoted mother, wife, teacher, and 
10friend; she will be remembered as being a happy, fun loving, 
11loyal, and kind person and  was an inspiration to all who knew 
12her; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her father, Edward 
14Page; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Nancy Ellison is survived by her husband of 28 
16years, Steve; her children, Emily Ellison and Andrew Ellison; 
17her mother, Rita Page; her sister, Patricia (Bill) Robinson; 
18her brothers, Tom (Terri) Page, Steve (Helen) Page, and Stuart 
19(Pamela) Page; her nieces, Karen (Matt) Horton and Lauren Page; 
20and her nephews, Michael (Rebecca) Robinson, Jeff (Melissa)

3    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL 
4ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
5her family and friends, the passing of Nancy Ellison; and be it 
6further
  
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
8presented to the family of Nancy Ellison as a symbol of our 
9sincere sympathy.
