SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Senior Parole Agent Ellane Aimiuwu, who 
4passed away on February 7, 2010; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Senior Parole Agent Aimiuwu was born on January 
617, 1953; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Senior Parole Agent Aimiuwu had served in the law 
8enforcement community for 12 years; he was a Senior Parole 
9Agent with the Illinois Department of Corrections for over 8 
10years; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Senior Parole Agent Aimiuwu maintained the star 
12number 9938; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Senior Parole Agent Aimiuwu was a proud member of 
14the Illinois Department of Corrections FOP Lodge #263; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Senior Parole Agent Aimiuwu leaves behind 2 
16children; and
  
 
17    WHEREAS, Senior Parole Agent Aimiuwu dedicated and gave his 
18life to protecting and serving the people of the State of 
19Illinois; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
3his family, friends, and his Fraternal Order of Police brothers 
4and sisters, the passing of Senior Parole Agent Ellane Aimiuwu; 
5and be it further
  
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
7presented to the family of Senior Parole Agent Ellane Aimiuwu 
8as an expression of our sympathy.
