SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Michael Scott Halwax of North Chicago, 
4who passed away on October 21, 2010; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Michael Halwax was born on April 4, 1969, in 
6Elmhurst; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Michael Halwax had been employed at Hewitt, Inc. 
8for the past 13 years; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Michael Halwax was an avid sports fan, 
10particularly of the Blackhawks, and enjoyed cooking; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Michael Halwax was preceded in death by his 
12maternal grandparents, Charles and Gertrude Rose, and his 
13paternal grandparents, Adolph and Dorothy Halwax; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Michael Halwax is survived by his mother, Sharon 
15(Edmund) Kaczmaryn; his father, Dr. Thomas (Sheryl) Halwax; his 
16brother, Joseph (Jeannie) Halwax; his sister, Kelly (Rob) 
17McLaughlin; his aunts, Kathleen Miltimore, Jackie Accardo, and 
18Dorothy (Robert) Vogler; his uncle, William Kaczmaryn; and his  
19many cousins and nieces; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
3his family and friends, the passing of Michael Scott Halwax; 
4and be it further
  
 
5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6presented to the family of  Michael Halwax as an expression of 
7our sympathy.
