7on page 3, line 8, by replacing "polices" with "policies"; and


 
8on page 3, line 8, after "of", by inserting "each"; and
 
9on page 3, line 9, by replacing "schools" with "school"; and
 
10on page 3, by replacing line 10 with the following:
