| 4 | | following: "The list shall be developed in collaboration and by |
| 5 | | negotiation with a historical representative of RN |
| 6 | | stakeholders currently employed by the State at State operated |
| 7 | | facilities."; and

| 8 | | on page 1, immediately below line 19, by inserting the |
| 9 | | following:

| 10 | | ""Historical representative" means a labor organization |
| 11 | | that has historically represented nurses classified as |
| 12 | | Correctional Nurse I or Registered Nurse I where a historical |
| 13 | | pattern of representation exists for those classifications and |
| 14 | | that has been found by the Illinois Labor Relations Board to be |
| 15 | | the exclusive representative of nurses classified as |
