| 3 | | on page 1, line 16, after "10-22.18d.", by inserting |
| 4 | | "Educational support personnel may be exempt from a workshop if |
| 5 | | (i) the workshop is not relevant to the work they do and (ii) |
| 6 | | the workshop is not related to the health and safety of |
| 7 | | students."; and

| 8 | | on page 4, line 19, after "institute", by inserting ", unless, |
| 9 | | in the case of educational support personnel, they are exempt |
| 10 | | from attending".
