| 3 | replacing lines 11 through 20 with the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "(i) This Section does not apply to the following persons | ||||||
| 5 | while serving process: | ||||||
| 6 | (1) a person authorized to serve process under Section | ||||||
| 7 | 2-202 of the Code of Civil Procedure; or | ||||||
| 8 | (2) a special process server appointed by the circuit | ||||||
| 9 | court.".
