| 3 | | on page 5, line 11, by replacing "2016", with "2014"; and

| 4 | | on page 5, line 12, by replacing "750", with "600"; and

| 5 | | on page 5, by replacing lines 15 and 16 with the following: |
| 6 | | "jurisdiction having licensure requirements that |
| 7 | | include the completion of a massage therapy program of |
| 8 | | at least 500 hours that meet or exceed those defined |
| 9 | | within this Act; or".
