| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives are pleased to congratulate Judy Yokem and |
| 4 | | Jeremy Smith on the occasion of receiving the Lifesaver Award |
| 5 | | from the Missouri Department of Corrections; and
|
| 6 | | WHEREAS, The Lifesaver Award is given by the Missouri |
| 7 | | Department of Corrections to staff members that intervene in |
| 8 | | serious situations in order to save a person's life; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Judy Yokem and Jeremy Smith were designated to |
| 10 | | receive this prestigious award for their diligence and superb |
| 11 | | conduct in responding to life-threatening situations involving |
| 12 | | offenders at the Northeast Correctional Center in Bowling |
| 13 | | Green, Missouri; and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Judy Yokem and Jeremy Smith serve as models of |
| 15 | | hard work, integrity, and dedication for the people of the |
| 16 | | State of Illinois; therefore, be it

| 17 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 18 | | NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
