| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives are pleased to congratulate Mike Hovde on his |
| 4 | | retirement from State Farm Insurance; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, With more than 38 years of dedicated service to |
| 6 | | State Farm policyholders and State Farm Insurance,
Mike Hovde |
| 7 | | will retire on March 31, 2012; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, He began his career with State Farm on August 16, |
| 9 | | 1973; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS,
In retirement, he plans to spend more time with |
| 11 | | his lovely wife, Celine, and his 3 sons and
their families, |
| 12 | | including 7 grandchildren; and
|
| 13 | | WHEREAS, He and his wife plan on traveling, playing golf,
|
| 14 | | and enjoying life; he leaves State Farm with a feeling of pride |
| 15 | | on a job well done and appreciation to have
been associated |
| 16 | | with an organization of quality people and high business |
| 17 | | standards; therefore, be it
