| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives wish to recognize the outstanding performance |
| 4 | | by the student athletes and coaches of the Central Catholic |
| 5 | | High School Varsity Girls Basketball team during the 2010-2011 |
| 6 | | basketball season; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, The Central Catholic High School Varsity Girls |
| 8 | | Basketball team finished the 2010-2011 season with an overall |
| 9 | | season record of 32 wins and 1 loss; they were Inter-City |
| 10 | | Champions, Corn Belt Conference Champions, and State Farm |
| 11 | | Classic Champions; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, The Central Catholic High School Varsity Girls |
| 13 | | Basketball team advanced through the IHSA Class 2A Girls |
| 14 | | basketball tournament and won the Regional championship, the |
| 15 | | Sectional championship, the Super-Sectional championship, and |
| 16 | | were Runners Up, Class 2A; and
|
| 17 | | WHEREAS, The team is led by Head Basketball Coach Debbie |
| 18 | | Coffman and Assistant Coaches Mendy Smith, Jason Davis, and |
| 19 | | Shari Mitchell; and
|
| 20 | | WHEREAS, The team managers are Ali Means and Allison |
| 21 | | Lancaster; and
|

| 1 | | WHEREAS, The team members are: Lindsay Stopa, Allie Norton, |
| 2 | | Danielle Davis, Maggie Hayes, Emily Beoletto, Jess Reinhart, |
| 3 | | Lee Hofmann-Instone, Megan O'Donnell, McKenzie Jamison, Annie |
| 4 | | O'Malley, Caroline Holt, and Molly McGraw; therefore, be it

| 5 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 6 | | NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 7 | | we congratulate the student athletes and coaching staff of the |
| 8 | | Central Catholic High School Varsity Girls Basketball team on |
| 9 | | being Runners Up in the Illinois High School Association Class |
| 10 | | 2A basketball finals; and on having Jess Reinhart, Allie |
| 11 | | Norton, and Emily Beoletto named to the First Team Corn Belt |
| 12 | | All-Conference Team, and on having Coach Debbie Coffman named |
| 13 | | Coach of the Year by the Illinois Basketball Coaches |
| 14 | | Association for Class 2A in District 15, and on an outstanding |
| 15 | | season; and be it further

| 16 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 17 | | presented to the members of the Central Catholic High School |
| 18 | | Varsity Girls Basketball team as a symbol of our respect and |
| 19 | | esteem.
