HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are pleased to congratulate Russ Loebe on his 
4retirement from the Village of New Lenox; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, He is a graduate of Lincoln-Way Central High 
6School in New Lenox; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, He has been with the Village of New Lenox since 
81971, beginning as a part-time employee in the Public Works 
9Department, then becoming a licensed Wastewater Treatment 
10Plant Operator; he advanced to being the first Public Works 
11Department Director and eventually becoming Village 
12Administrator in 1985; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, He has served 6 mayors and 44 elected officials 
14throughout his public service; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, He is  a member of the New Lenox Rotary Club; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, He will be enjoying retirement along with his 
17wife, Carol,  and their sons, RJ and Jamie; therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
19NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that

1we congratulate Russ Loebe on his retirement and wish him all 
2the best in his future endeavors; and be it further
  
 
3    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
4presented to Russ Loebe as a symbol of our respect and esteem.
