| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives are pleased to congratulate Theodora "Teddy" |
| 4 | | Trombino of Waukegan on her 100th birthday, March 7, 2011; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, She was born on March 7, 1911 in Kenosha, |
| 6 | | Wisconsin; she graduated from high school in 1929; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, She met Robert Trombino, Sr. at a dance in Gurnee; |
| 8 | | after dating for a year and a half, they were married in |
| 9 | | Chicago on November 29, 1930; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, They opened Lake County Office Equipment in 1945; |
| 11 | | the company is still serving the office needs of the Waukegan |
| 12 | | area today and is run by the third generation of the family |
| 13 | | under the name of Office Plus of Lake County; and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Theodora and Robert were married for 63 years and |
| 15 | | were the proud parents of James and Robert Trombino, Jr.; |
| 16 | | therefore, be it

| 17 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 18 | | NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 19 | | we congratulate Theodora Trombino on her 100th birthday and |
